Interesting note:
If you go to Randall's Island, you can drink inside the park, you can drink outside the park but you can't drink outside the park holding a beer bottle.
Penalty becomes a dweeby cop giving you a summons for court two months from now.
Probably will forget and have a warrant for my arrest.
Or the night before Christmas I show up in court:
sorry judge. I was drinking at a show. But oh, Randall's Island has a baseball field. Little kids really chill in that area on Arcade Fire show dates.
